Suffix Codes - These codes all follow the base door style code and will accessorize or customize that door or drawer front.

  • Suffix Code Description
  • FN Drawer front with narrow rail (under 7” high on 2 1/4” frame).
  • FW Drawer front with full-sized wide rail.
  • FNE Vertical grain drawer front with narrow rails.
  • S Split-Full sized divider rail in middle. Door has 2 panels. Typical for Pantry doors or doors over 50” in height.
  • G Glass Frame- no Mullion bars.
  • SG Split- Open Glass Frame with full sized divider rail.
  • M Mullion Frame-number after the “M” will indicate the quantity of lites.
  • SM Split Mullion Frame-full sized center divider rail- mullions in top and bottom.
  • CM Custom Mullion-“French Grill”-9 lites- all mullions around the perimeter.
  • BB Door with BeadBoard panel.
  • VP1 Door with single V-groove in panel.
  • VP2 Door with double V-groove in panel.
  • AP Applied Moulding.
  • RI Rope Insert.
  • NS Narrow stiles-1 1/2” wide on door under 7” wide.
  • U Full Height Upper door-divider rail at specified distance from top of door - (standard is 12”).
  • UM Split door with mullions on top and panel in bottom.
  • UG Split door with open glass frame on top and panel in bottom.
  • BDP Base Decorator Panel-with 6 3/8” or 7 1/8" bottom rail.
  • WDP Wall Decorator Panel-upper mounting-3” stiles and rails.
  • 5/8R Door with reduced rail thickness(5/8”). Shaker with inset rails.
  • R3S Routed on 3 sides only.

Ex. 1001M-6 - Indicates a square mullion frame with 6-lites
1101FW - Indcates a square raised panel drawer front with full size 2 1/4" rails


Prefix Codes - These codes are all before the base door style and will indicate any frame width other than 2 1/4” wide. They may also indicate a Miter or MDF door style.

  • 4 4” wide stiles and rails.
  • 3/4 3” wide stiles and 4” wide rails.
  • MD Miter door with 2 1/4” frame.
  • MD3 Miter door with 3” wide frame.
  • MD1.75 Miter door with 1 3/4” wide frame.
  • MF Miter front with 2 1/4” wide frame.
  • MF3 Miter front with 3” wide frame.
  • MF1.75 Miter front with 1 3/4” wide frame.
  • RM Raw MDF-one piece.
  • TW Textured white lacquer- one piece.
  • SW Smooth white lacquer- one piece.

Ex. 3-3301 - Indicates a #3301 shaker door but with 3" stiles and rails.
